My name is Erin Lipira and I am the owner & stylist of Villena Bay Boutique! What was one a small idea has now exploded. I couldn’t be more thrilled and proud!
To realize this dream I never knew I had has been amazing! The best part of the boutique is all of the amazing women I have gotten to know since the beginning of this journey - the connections and the friendships that not only I have gained but each Villena Babe has as well!

I am a wifey and mommy first! My husband and I are originally from Long Island NY and relocated to Myrtle Beach SC in 2021!We’ve been married nearly 8 years and it’s been an adventure of a lifetime!
Our Littles Lauren (5) and Nicky (5 months brand new!) are our hearts. We love this little life we have created in our new home and are forever grateful for taking the leap! Big things happen when you step outside your comfort zone!

After owning a business and working in NYC for many, many years, this mama has slowed it down (for now). If you know me, that doesn’t last! This boutique is my third baby and I take so much pride in it! All pieces and collections are hand picked by me! I want you to be happy and confident when you step out in Villena Bay!
