Villena Bay Boutique's Return Policy Update
At Villena Bay Boutique, I always strive to make your shopping experience at an absolute delight, and that includes ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. Your Happiness, My Priority: I want you to love every piece you pick from the boutique. If for any reason, you're not completely head over heels with your item(s), Iβve got you covered!
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, complete with all tags and packaging.
To Initiate a return simply contact me as soon as possible. You have 7-10 business days to get your items back to me.
Additional non-returnable items: While I do my best to accommodate returns, certain items such as intimate wear, gift cards, food products, clearance & final sale items can not be returned.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
So, shop with confidence, and if something doesn't quite fit the way you imagined, remember you have 7-10 business days from the day you receive your item(s) to start the return process.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation/payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimate
I offer $6 flat rate shipping within the US.
(shipping rates can be updated with market costs) I currently use UPS as my preferred shipping partner.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Villena Bay Boutique. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email and/or notify you via social media when your order is ready.
Pickup hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday and 10-6 weather permitting due to porch pick up. Packages are in the outdoor bin with your name on it.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you havenβt received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at VillenaBayBoutique@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
I will do Pre-Order alerts for specific pieces throughout the months. These will be limited stock items that will have short availability from my vendors. Pre-Orders will Guarantee that your size will be ordered and will be YOURS. Pre-orders will be Invoiced to you the day MY order is placed. If an Invoice goes unanswered for 24 hours, this piece cannot be guaranteed to you. Pre-Order Alerts are once again used on products that will be hard to obtain after my vendor closes their window - so if there is an item you really WANT in your SIZE, please place your pre-order and pay invoice upon receipt.
